Manitoba PNP issues 146 LAA’s in the latest draw

  Manitoba PNP, in its June 2 draw, issued 146 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA’s), to skilled workers and international graduates. The LAA’s were issued through two MPNP streams. Second plane carrying 306 Ukrainian refugees arrives in Montreal
