Introducing the TRP Holder Class

A TRP (Temporary Resident Permit) is a document that authorizes a person who is inadmissible for a work or student visa to enter or stay in Canada. These are issued for people who do not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act to enter or stay in Canada as temporary or permanent residents.    If a person traveling to Canada is deemed inadmissible, the family they are traveling with may also not be allowed to enter the country. The candidate along with all their family members must apply for their own Temporary Resident Permits before they enter Canada.   The TRP is only issued in exceptional circumstances by IRCC and allows people who are inadmissible for other visas or permits to visit or stay in Canada.
